We moved to Charlotte from the Chicago area suburb of Barrington, Illinois in 1981.  We immediately found Charlotte to be a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family and enjoy the many year round outdoor activities, cultural events and college and professional sports.

We are both with Allen Tate Realtors, the largest real estate firm in the Charlotte area with approximately 1000 agents.  While we are both with Allen Tate, J. P. is in the Ballantyne office and Sandy is in the Southpark office.  This provides us the opportunity to have first hand daily contact with over 200 agents in two primary Tate offices providing increased exposure for our listings and broadened exposure to new listings for our buyer clients.

Each of us is very familiar with the other's listings, clients and buyer needs.  This provides us the ability to provide constant back-up for each other and enhance our client service and satisfaction.  One of us is always available.  We are both licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
